The Course
Home to immaculate trails, fun murals, and gorgeous skylines, Fort Worth’s Trinity Park is the perfect backdrop for our no frills urban race series – El Frio 50 & El Fuego 50. This fast, flat, looped course showcases amazing skyline views, winds along the river, takes you through beautiful oak trees, and across paved and gravel trail. You’ll enjoy the illuminated downtown view through your 3.1 mile loop, while experiencing camaraderie with those you’ll be running with through the night. Don’t miss out on this chance to score an interlocking medal by completing both races!
Start and Finish Times
The Start and Finish will be within Trinity Park.

Race briefings begin promptly, 10 minutes prior to race start time, at the start line.
NOTE: All races start at the scheduled time. Late starts will not be accommodated.
CUTOFFS
The cutoff for all distances is 7:00 am.

Aid Stations

LOCATIONS
Aid stations will be conveniently located every 1-2 miles on the looped course.
Cupless Race
This is an environmentally friendly race and it is our goal to keep the trails litter free to preserve their beauty.
Cups won't be supplied during this racing event. Please bring your refillable water bottles and we will refill them at the aid stations.

Race Shirts, Medals and Awards
To guarantee a race shirt, register by July 13, 2022.
Finishers receive a beautiful, custom designed medal, based on availability.
Winner Awards
Top Male and Top Female for each race. Awards will be emailed after the race ends.

NOTE: Race briefings begin promptly, 10 minutes prior to race start time, at the start line. Racers may only register for each event up until that distances start time. Racers may only drop in distances prior to race start. If they choose to drop during the race they will receive a DNF.
